New Vacancy Available – Receptionist/Secretary

The successful candidate will be responsible for our reception area, greeting visitors, answering telephone calls and providing secretarial and administrative support to our property department.

The role will involve secretarial duties with an emphasis on audio typing. Tasks will include processing relevant legal documentation (e.g. Land Registry), producing correspondence (e.g. letters and emails) and handling client and third party enquiries.

Previous experience in property work would be an advantage but is not essential.
