As the goals continue to fly in at the World Cup, Loosemores is delighted to announce a hat-trick of new appointments in its property department.
Following the arrival of James Pearn as Partner and Head of Property in late 2017, the firm’s commercial and residential property work has developed significantly.

Finally, Laurie Jefferies has joined Loosemores as a Trainee Solicitor. Laurie graduated in Law and Welsh and then completed the Legal Practice Course, both at Cardiff University. She has a particular interest in property having previously been a commercial property paralegal and will start her training contract in the firm’s property department. Laurie is a fluent Welsh speaker.
Senior Partner, Mark Loosemore commented: “We are very pleased to welcome Gill, Amanda and Laurie to Loosemores. It has been an exciting period for our property team under James Pearn’s leadership. We aim to offer high-quality legal advice and we also work very hard to provide a bespoke, personalised service to our clients. Gill, Amanda and Laurie all buy into that strategic approach and I am confident that they will look after our clients well.”
