New Ruling On Holiday Pay

The Court of Appeal has handed down its decision in the case of British Gas v Lock. The decision confirms that when calculating holiday pay workers are entitled to be paid an amount that reflects the commission they would have earned had they not been on holiday. Previously workers were only entitled to be paid their basic salary when on holiday.
