We are delighted to announce the arrival of James Pearn, who has joined the firm as a Partner and Head of Property in a newly created role.
James is the third senior lawyer to join Loosemores this year, following the arrivals of Sara Griffiths and Siôn Tudur. James is also the fourth new Partner at the firm since Mark Loosemore joined as Senior Partner in April 2016.
James has over twenty years’ experience as a solicitor and he possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both residential and commercial property. James also has notable experience in wills and probate matters, and is an Affiliate Member of STEP, the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.
Commenting on James’ arrival, Mark Loosemore: “When recruiting, we look for specialists who will not only bring key skills and expertise to the firm, but who will also fit in well with our culture and our strategy. James has an excellent reputation and is committed to delivering the first-class service that our clients expect. I am confident that James will prove to be a fantastic senior addition to our team and my colleagues and I look forward to working with him on the development of our residential and commercial property practice.”
