New guidance from The Charity Commission sets out a number of principles which charities are expected to follow when fundraising from the public.
The guidance aims to encourage public trust and confidence in charities following a series of reported concerns. Ultimately, responsibility for compliance rests, as ever, with a charity’s trustees.
