Loosemores Announce New Partner

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Siôn Tudur, who has joined as a Partner in the Corporate/Commercial Department.

Siôn is the second senior appointment in the Corporate/Commercial Department this year, becoming the firm’s third new Partner since Mark Loosemore joined as Senior Partner in April 2016.

Siôn will lead the corporate transactional work at Loosemores. A qualified solicitor since 2005, Siôn has a wealth of experience advising businesses of various sizes, from PLCs to start ups as well as charities and the public sector. He has an in-depth knowledge and expertise in a range of corporate matters, from mergers and acquisitions to management buy-outs and equity investments. He is a well-respected and well-connected figure in the South Wales legal and business communities.
