Welsh football’s governing body is developing a Football Centre of Excellence at the four-star Vale Resort in south Wales, and moving its headquarters from Vanguard Way in Cardiff. The new Centre of Excellence will include a fitness zone, medical rooms, changing facilities, player lounges and meeting rooms. The move is expected to be completed by the summer of 2020.
James Pearn, Partner and Head of Property at Loosemores Solicitors commented: “This is an exciting time for the FAW, a long-standing client of Loosemores. We are thrilled to have been able to support them again in securing this exciting move to the Vale Resort.” Mark Loosemore, Senior Partner of Loosemores, added: “The FAW’s aim to develop a Football Centre of Excellence looks to be a very positive move for Welsh football. It is a great privilege for Loosemores to be part of this ambitious project.”
