Loosemores Solicitors’ Corporate team has advised Horse & Country TV (H&C) on its acquisition of US equestrian streaming provider, EQ Sports Net (EQSN).
H&C is the leading equestrian sports and lifestyle network, reaching over 40 million households via its network of pay-TV and digital channels.
This acquisition solidifies H&C’s position as the leading provider of premium equestrian content. Fans of equestrian sports in the US and Canada will now have unprecedented access to top competition livestreams from home and abroad, as well as exclusive training and educational shows, entertainment and documentary series.
