HM Land Registry to accept electronic signatures

electronic signatures

HM Land Registry is now accepting electronic signatures for transfers and certain other deeds, providing a witness is present at the time to also sign the documents electronically.

The development is making it easier and faster for people to move home and is being hailed as paving the way for a completely digital home buying process.

For more information about electronic signatures please read the full press release.
