Don’t Take Me Home: DVD and BluRay Release

Loosemores Solicitors advised the Football Association of Wales on a range of deals relating to the Don’t Take Me Home film, including the production agreement with Only the Best Productions, television rights agreement with BT Sport, theatrical release agreement with National Amusements and DVD agreement with Spirit Entertainment.

Along with the Don’t Take Me Home project, Loosemores also recently acted for the Football Association of Wales on a range of matters relating to the UEFA Champions League Finals recently held in Cardiff.

Don’t Take Me Home documents the epic story of the Wales Football Team’s success during the UEFA Euro 2016 tournament.

Directed by Johnny Owen who was described by the Guardian as “football’s greatest filmmaker”, the film captivates the audience through the emotion of Gary Speed’s tragic death during his managerial spell five years prior. The emotion is combined with the heroics of the team’s performance, defying all odds to reach the semi-final.

The film was premiered in London’s Leicester Square on Monday 27th February 2017. It was a star studded event and the film was well received by critics.

Following its cinema and television release, the film will be available to own on DVD and BluRay from 3rd July 2017, at the following stockists:
