Recommend a Friend Reward Scheme
It's always nice when someone says "you were recommended". Client satisfaction is a key feature of our philosophy and our "Recommend a Friend Reward Scheme" recognises the loyalty and commitment of our valued clients.
Do you know anyone who may need our help? If so we will give you £50.00 in Marks & Spencer gift vouchers for each and every client you recommend to us and who instruct us in any of the following matters -
- A conveyancing transaction involving the sale and/or purchase of a residential property
- A personal injury claim accepted by us following an initial vetting process
If you would like to make a recommendation simply complete the form below and send it to us. We will contact your friend and discuss his or her need for assistance and we will then contact you to confirm if the recommendation you have made qualifies for payment under the Scheme.
Terms and Conditions of the "Recommend a Friend Reward Scheme":-
1. Our ‘Recommend a Friend Reward Scheme' may be available for other types of legal recommendations - speak to our New Business Team to find out if a particular recommendation may qualify
2. We will only use your friend's details in conjunction with this 'Recommend a Friend Reward' scheme. By providing your friend's details you are confirming that you have obtained their consent for this. Please only suggest friends who you believe will be interested in our services.
3. Please note we may identify you as the person who has made the recommendation when we contact your friend and the recommendation will not qualify if the person has already contacted us regarding their matter.
4. Because of our professional rules of conduct we can only accept recommendations of third parties who are known to you as a result of family or social connections. We cannot accept recommendations if you are recommending them as part of any business activity (unless we enter into a formal referral agreement with you).
5. Gift vouchers only issued as follows:-
a. For conveyancing recommendations - on exchange of contracts
b. For personal injury recommendations - once a claim has been accepted by us and a funding arrangement has been agreed by your friend.
6. Cash or other alternatives will not be offered.
7. This scheme is valid until 31st December 2010. If you wish to recommend a friend after this date please contact us for an update on any replacement scheme available.
8. We reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.
