Once the fact of dismissal has been established, it is for the employer to show the reason for the dismissal and that it was one of the acceptable reasons for dismissal. There are certain dismissals that are automatically unfair. We can offer full support and advice on making any claim in the Employment Tribunal. We can assess your claim and give you advice at an early stage on the merits of the claim and whether or not your employer will have a good defence. We can also advise you on any proposals for settlement and will be happy to negotiate on your behalf.
