Unfair Dismissal
Once the fact of dismissal has been established, it is for the employer to show the reason for the dismissal and that it was one of the acceptable reasons for dismissal. There are certain dismissals that are automatically unfair. We can offer full support and advice on making any claim in the Employment Tribunal.
