Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Often encouraged by the courts, ADR is becoming increasingly relevant to all types of commercial disputes.
When appropriate, the client will be advised on the possible benefit of ADR, the available methods, relevant contractual positions and the choice of institution to assist the process. Members of our team are experienced in negotiation and advocacy at court. One of our partners is a qualified High Court Advocate and we are able to take the case from commencement to conclusion.
