Many trustees do not feel they have a thorough grasp of their responsibilities and duties. We believe it is important for the good management of charities that trustees are aware of their obligations (which also apply to directors of charitable companies limited by guarantee, management committees and in some cases to Chief Executive Officers).

Our Legal Audit service is a fixed fee legal "health check". We review your activities and produce a report on the legal aspects of the way in which the charity is functioning, suggesting changes where necessary or appropriate. We cover matters such as compliance with the law on data protection, employment law, your constitution, contracts, property matters and health and safety issues.
